1）Consultation:Please provide the style, quantity, and specifications so that we can prepare a quotation.
2）Payment:After the customer accepts the quotation, both parties immediately confirm the artwork and sign the purchase order, followed by faxing each other to confirm the agreement.Regarding the payment and other details, the customer will pay 30% of the amount as a deposit or for Alibaba’s online transaction. Once the goods are ready, the remaining payment will be made, and our factory will arrange shipment.
3）Production:Upon entering the production phase, customer design modifications will no longer be accepted. Generally, the production time is around 7 to 30 days before shipment (the exact time depends on the quantity of bulk orders).
4）Shipping:After production is completed and the payment is settled, we will ship the goods via logistics or express service based on the address provided by the customer. Generally, it will arrive in about 2–5 days; please refer to the actual delivery time.
5）Proofing:The sampling process typically takes 3–5 days. The sampling fee ranges from 100 to 500 yuan, depending on the product. Once you confirm receipt of the sample, production will be carried out based on that sample. If the quantity exceeds 3000 units, the sampling fee can be credited towards the purchase price. If the quantity is less than 3000 units, the sampling fee cannot be used for payment. If the sample is produced but no order is placed, the sampling fee will not be refunded.
