These do not constitute quality issues, and returns or exchanges due to such reasons will not be accepted. You agree with this note upon placing your order. 2. For returns or exchanges due to shipping or logistics delays, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. If there are any issues with the received goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4. We provide wholesale services. We handle large daily shipments through multiple channels, so the displayed inventory may not be accurate; the actual situation is based on delivery. In case of short supply for small quantities, we will refund the amount or send additional items when you request them again.

5. We are not responsible for any damage during transportation; the shipping company will handle it. If damage is discovered upon pickup, contact the shipping company directly to file a claim, or you can also contact us for assistance.

6. Large volume of bulk shipments; no inspection is conducted on each product before delivery. However, we guarantee that all items are brand new. Before shipment from the factory, quality checks are performed by dedicated personnel to ensure there are no issues. Nevertheless, problems or damage may occur during transportation. We can offer a refund or replacement, but no shipping costs are covered.

7. Unless explicitly stated that the product comes with a battery, no battery is included by default; please provide your own battery.

8. The shipping cost for returns is borne by the buyer, while the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges are also paid by the buyer. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, we will charge depreciation fees based on the return percentage (e.g., 10% for a return, thus 10% of the value is charged, and so on). Since there are costs involved in loading goods, delivering them, and collecting returned items, and the return also causes wear and tear to the product packaging, the packaging and labor costs for replacement packaging are also considered costs. Therefore, depreciation fees are charged. Please understand this. In the case of exchanges, no depreciation fee is applied for small quantities; for large-scale exchanges, 20% depreciation fee will be charged. Returns and exchanges must include packaging; items without packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. For bulk orders, the goods are delivered with self-pickup at the logistics center. If you have other requirements, please notify customer service in advance.

10. The dimensions of the products are measured using physical measurements. Due to the irregular geometric shapes of the toys, measurement errors may occur, and errors ranging from 0 to 1 cm are possible. Please understand.
