4. We provide wholesale services. We handle large daily shipments through multiple channels, so the displayed inventory may not be accurate; the actual situation is based on delivery. In case of short supply for small quantities, we will refund the amount or send additional items when you request them again.

5. We are not responsible for any damage during transportation; the shipping company will handle it. If damage is discovered upon pickup, contact the shipping company directly to file a claim, or you can also contact us for assistance.

6. Large volume of bulk shipments; no inspection is conducted on each product before delivery. However, we guarantee that all items are brand new. Before shipment from the factory, quality checks are performed by dedicated personnel to ensure there are no issues. Nevertheless, problems or damage may occur during transportation. We can offer a refund or replacement, but no shipping costs are covered.

7. Unless explicitly stated that the product comes with a battery, no battery is included by default; please provide your own battery.

9. The shipping cost for returns is borne by the buyer, while the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges are also paid by the buyer. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, we will charge depreciation fees based on the return percentage (e.g., 10% for a return, thus 10% of the value is charged, and so on). Since there are costs involved in loading goods, delivering them, and collecting returned items, and the return also causes wear and tear to the product packaging, the packaging and labor costs for replacement packaging are also considered costs. Therefore, depreciation fees are applied. Please understand this. In the case of exchanges, no depreciation fees are charged for small quantities; for large-scale exchanges, 20% depreciation fees will be applied. Returns and exchanges must include packaging; items without packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
