Boosting and reducing voltage high-voltage transformer

Designed for 6-38.5KV distribution networks, this off-circuit tap changer transformer requires de-energized voltage regulation. Available with Dyn11 or Yyn0 vector groups, it features low no-load current, reduced losses, and an impedance voltage of 4%-6.5%. Compact dimensions and optional rail gauges (400-1475mm) ensure easy installation. Ideal for industrial parks, residential areas, and substations.

Our transformer core is manufactured using low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, offering excellent mechanical strength.

The 45° detachable safe miter joint structure adopts a three-shear two-punch core corner trimming cross-cutting process, along with a five-step progressive cutting and lamination process. These technologies improve the magnetic flux distribution at the joints and reduce the vibration energy of the core.

The magnetic circuit is evenly distributed, significantly reducing both no-load and load losses. It boasts a high energy efficiency rating, delivering remarkable energy-saving performance.

Low magnetic resistance significantly reduces vibration and noise during operation. It can withstand high short-circuit current impacts, ensuring safe equipment operation.
