1. All items in this store are photographed with real products; what you see is what you get. The actual product is basically identical to the images. Seal custom orders do not allow returns or exchanges, nor do they offer a seven-day no-reason return policy.
2. Return, exchange, and replacement: Since the photos were taken in a studio, there may be differences in color compared to the images. There may also be minor variations due to factors such as resolution, monitors, and graphics cards on each computer—this is normal! If the product packaging bag is damaged and affects secondary sales, no return or exchange will be provided.
3. Color difference issue: Due to individual perspectives and monitor issues, there will be a certain color difference between the actual product and the image. Just like when we take photos, the image appears brighter, while the real product is darker. Therefore, customers who care about color differences should consider carefully before taking the photo.

5. Quality issues: A dedicated department will pack the items before shipment, and there should be no quality problems. However, it is impossible to achieve 100% perfection. As a perfectionist, we are unable to accommodate this. If there are indeed defects in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will ensure a proper solution for you.
A. The return shipping costs for returns due to non-quality issues shall be borne by the buyer.

This is especially true during bad weather or legal holidays, where delays are common. Due to differences in delivery times across regions, there may be no deliveries on weekends. Additionally, the quality of staff at each courier branch varies; occasionally, some staff may have poor attitudes or cause package damage. These are unexpected factors that sellers cannot predict.
