1. Regarding order placement
All orders over 150 yuan are free from shipping (except in remote areas such as Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai). The shipping cost for orders where a refund is issued after payment will not be refunded. If there is a shipping fee, please contact customer service to adjust it. Thank you for your understanding. Orders under 200 yuan do not support unconditional refunds or exchanges.
2. Regarding the product
This factory specializes in wholesale of accessories. Products are produced in bulk and are primarily handcrafted. There may be slight differences between different batches; minor defects (that do not affect sales) are inevitable. It is recommended to obtain samples before purchasing. Everyone should understand that quality is directly related to price—do not rely on your imagination, as it is limitless, and we cannot meet that expectation. Please understand! For customers with very high quality requirements, please visit the specialty counter for purchase!
3. Regarding colors
1. Due to factors such as lighting, color contrast and color temperature of the computer monitor, color differences are inevitable. The images are for reference only; please refer to the actual product for details. Please be cautious when purchasing!
2. Regarding style and color issues, standard delivery is based on the order; notes on styles or colors are not accepted (except for special instructions on the product page). We will try our best to fulfill your requests, but shortages may occur; please understand. If there is a temporary shortage (you can also note the color for the missing item in the order), we will notify you via Wangwang or by phone. Thank you for your understanding!
5. Regarding after-sales service
1. Signing for delivery: Please ensure you personally inspect and sign for the goods. This is your right, and it is also key to our after-sales service. Thank you for your cooperation. (If it is not convenient for you to sign for the goods in person, please inform the person who will sign for you on your behalf, a relative, or the security guard to inspect and sign for the goods.)
2. Missing items or quality issues: If you notice any missing items or quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact customer service promptly within three days after signing for delivery. For quality issues, please take photos of the problem immediately after receipt and send them via WeChat Business Account; we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. Please bear any consequences if the deadline is missed.

The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: A the product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or missing any accessories or related documents; B unauthorized repairs or modifications; C improper use or storage; D color variations are not eligible for return, and items outside the post-purchase service period.
2. After-sales service is the most fundamental service of the company. We are willing to provide excellent after-sales support, and it also requires the cooperation of customers. 3. The above regarding the handling of damaged and quality issues products: if some items have problems, if the customer wishes to return the entire order, the shipping cost, as stipulated by Alibaba, must be borne by the buyer.
