The products we sell offer high value for money, and most buyers are very satisfied. However, a very small number of demanding customers report issues such as rough workmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the goods. These do not constitute quality problems. Since almost all items come in various price points—from a few cents to several, dozens, or even hundreds or thousands of yuan—please do not compare the quality of low-priced items with higher-priced ones. Nothing is perfect; those who are too picky should choose products with slightly higher value instead. We operate as a bulk wholesale business rather than individual retail sales, which ensures a 98% compliance rate—but we cannot guarantee 100% perfection.
All of our images are taken with real items, but due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Additionally, computer components, graphics cards, and monitors vary, resulting in variations in the colors of the displayed items. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should be cautious when taking photos!
Subjective reasons such as believing the product is too large or too small, poor sales performance due to the customer’s personal preferences and expectations, material thickness and texture that do not meet one’s needs, and differences from subjective imagination are not considered quality issues recognized by us.
After receiving the goods, if you have any questions, please contact us within 3 days. Do not leave a negative review without contacting us first; we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, we also ask those who use negative reviews as a threat to be ignored.

If it is a shipping company, they usually deliver to the doorstep in county-level areas. However, in remote areas (towns, villages), the buyer needs to come to pick up the package in person.
If it is a logistics company, buyers generally need to pick up the goods from local logistics company branches and pay for transportation costs.
Currently, we work with Huitong Express, Yuantong Express, and Zhongtong Express. For areas where these two carriers cannot deliver, please contact customer service immediately to discuss a delivery solution.

Please ensure the delivery is signed for in person. If someone else is entrusted to receive it (such as a security guard or a friend), there may be issues like loss of the item. This is the buyer's own problem, and no refund can be given due to not receiving the goods.
There will be clearly marked labels indicating that the items are fragile on the shipping cartons, and instructions will be given to the courier and logistics company to handle them carefully during delivery. Please check the outer packaging upon receipt, and if there is any severe damage, cracking, or opening, request compensation from the logistics or courier company immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us right away. However, we will not accept complaints after delivery has been confirmed. Please take care of your rights and interests. Thank you! It is also recommended to use reputable logistics companies, such as Deppon Logistics and Jijie Logistics.

Missing (insufficient quantity upon receipt, no indication of undelivered):
1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff upon receipt. If any items are missing, the transportation company staff must sign to confirm it. We will contact the shipping company to compensate you, along with the amount for the missing items.
2. For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you do not count the items or report the missing quantity within 24 hours, it will be assumed that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the high daily volume, each item may run out at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to short shipments, we will refund you or include it in your next order, but no additional shipment will be provided.
Packaging damage: We will do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Please (or the person receiving the package on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the packaging is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm it. Solution for issue 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection: Keep the delivery receipt after signing for receipt, and return it to the courier only after completing the inspection. Solution for issue 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity: Simply note down his phone number and name.
Regarding returns and exchanges: Return conditions – if the product has quality issues that cause it to lack essential functions or fail to meet standard requirements, and provided no use has been made of the product which would prevent resale, you may request an exchange for a product of equivalent value. Requests for replacements or returns must be made within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation, and the item must be sent back within 24 hours from the request date, with the deadline based on the shipping label/shipment receipt scan from the buyer. For reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations—other than product quality issues—we will not provide returns or exchanges.
Image and actual product: The product images can reflect the actual nature of the product well, but differences may occur between images and the actual item due to factors such as lighting and photography quality. Additionally, due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the product and packaging, as well as the packaging method, so please refer to the actual items.
