1Only upon having clear and specific ordering intentions (including product models, quantity requirements, and printing specifications) can our company provide you with relevant product samples. We refuse requests to place bulk orders from us for the establishment of a gift website for a newly founded gift company or to store samples for customers' reference. Please understand.

2For those who request samples from our company, regardless of the product size or quantity, a sample deposit must be paid.

3After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products. In other words, the sample is provided to you for free.
