03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

04 Shipping & Logistics: The default shipping method is Zhongtong. For other shipping options, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange a Shunfeng delivery (a surcharge will be required).

Based on customer requirements, both express shipping and logistics services are available. For bulk shipments that need to be shipped via logistics, please provide the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station, so that you can deliver the goods at the shortest possible time and at the closest location.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, and Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier.

If the product is not received by the deadline or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may submit a refund request to protect their rights.

06 Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them.
