02 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 2 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except on Sundays). If there is a shortage of items, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. During shipping, dedicated staff will verify the shipping list and the goods, sign the list after confirmation, and then pack the items and send them out.
03 Shipping and Logistics: Our default shipping provider is Shentong. For other shipping options, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you need the goods urgently, please contact customer service to arrange delivery via Posti or SF Express (a surcharge may be required). For bulk shipments that require logistics consignment, please inform customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station. This will help you have the goods delivered at the shortest time and at the nearest location. A serious note: We have no control over shipping and logistics services. Please do not use complaints regarding shipping service attitude or delivery time to evaluate us.
04 Regarding Signing for Delivery: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they are delivered. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact the delivery personnel immediately to verify, claim compensation, or refuse to sign for it.
05 Regarding after-sales service: If there are quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and no further handling will be done after this period. If the quality is satisfactory, no return or exchange will be accepted. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected are subjective factors that do not allow for return or exchange. However, if the product has objective quality issues such as rust or paint peeling, it will be eligible for return or exchange.
