For bulk shipments that require logistics consignment, please inform customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station. 04 Regarding Signing for Delivery: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they are delivered. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact the delivery personnel immediately to verify, claim compensation, or refuse to sign for it.

05 Regarding after-sales service: If there are quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and no further handling will be done after this period. If the quality is fine, no return or exchange will be accepted. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected are subjective factors that do not allow for return or exchange.
