Wholesale Instructions:
About purchasing: Hi! We mainly focus on wholesale, not retail. All prices are wholesale prices and do not include shipping.
About customization: Hi! We support custom processing and logo creation. The specific minimum order quantity depends on the product you choose. For details, please contact customer service.
Regarding logistics: Small items can be shipped via express delivery, while large items are recommended to be sent by freight. The partner courier is Zhongtong Express. Fees are charged based on actual weight, and payment is due at the destination for freight shipping. If you need us to pay the freight upfront, please contact customer service.
Regarding shipping: Normally, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. In special circumstances, such as seasonal high demand or stock shortages in the warehouse, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.
Regarding delivery: When receiving the goods, please check for any damage or loss of items before signing for them. If such issues occur, please contact us first for resolution.
Regarding stock shortages: To ensure customers receive their goods promptly, we will first contact the customers regarding orders with shortages. After obtaining their approval, we will send out products that are available. Customers can request a refund for the missing items once they receive their goods.
