II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation, damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage, damage, or quality issue, do not sign for or take the goods yet. III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

If you are not satisfied, you can return the items, but the return shipping costs must be borne by you. For long-term wholesale customers, if a certain quantity is accumulated, you can return it to us via logistics shipping, and we will cover the direct shipping cost to Yiwu. 3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party courier service, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
