All toys are ordered based on the minimum order quantity specified on the website! For general products, a single box is sufficient; however, for some products, five or even ten boxes may be required to place an order, which we will inform you about during discussions. Our company does not support mixed orders or retail sales; each style is ordered in units of boxes.

If the product problem is caused by the customer, our company will not assume any responsibility. It is recommended that customers inspect the goods at our factory before our shipment, which will better protect the rights and interests of both parties.

Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not come under the three-guarantee policy. If any issues arise after use, our company shall not assume any responsibility. However, within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
Although our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict inspections on products during production, during manufacturing, and after completion, ensuring that 100% of the product quality is fine before shipment, due to various uncertainties, we can only guarantee that 98% of the products will have no issues upon arrival; 2% falls outside our liability scope.
