Regarding shipping
Orders can be placed in quantities of 1, with mixed orders supported. Orders placed before 3 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day, while those after 3 PM will be shipped the next day.
In case of delivery delays caused by force majeure (such as bad weather), we will inform you promptly.
Regarding transportation
The quantity is small, and shipping by courier is the default option. The shipping cost has been set, so you can place the order directly.
By default, large orders are shipped via logistics; please contact customer service to change the shipping cost.
If you need to specify the shipping method or require pay-on-delivery, please contact customer service and indicate this.
Shopping is defaulted to Yunda or YTO express services; there may be variations in some regions. Please contact customer service to confirm the shipping cost before making the payment. All wholesale items are not free shipping. If the shipping fee is insufficient during delivery, customer service will contact you to cover the remaining amount, and the actual shipping fee will be charged. We have the right to refuse shipment for orders where payment is refused for any reason.
The brightness of the monitor used by customers can cause color errors in images and products, whether high or low. Therefore, everything should be based on the actual product appearance.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
1. Within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), if you find any products with malfunctioning functions, please contact us promptly and pay an additional $5 for the returned shipping fee. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
2. When receiving the goods, customers must conduct a unpacking inspection. If any issues are found, they must reject the delivery first and then contact us. If the goods are received not in accordance with the requirements, or if they are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility or cover the return shipping costs. (Before shipment, all inspections are monitored with video recordings and weight records are kept.)
3. All customers are requested to ensure the complete packaging of the product, along with all accessories and related documents. If these are incomplete, we have the right to refuse the order and demand compensation from the buyer. In cases where there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide a replacement within the specified time frame.
4. Some defective items and 2% loss in orders are normal. If significant losses occur after each transaction, please contact customer service within 2 days; otherwise, the customer will lose the right to after-sales service, and requests will not be processed.
5. The portion of product damage exceeding 4% of the order value shall be borne by the buyer. That is, except for normal wear and tear, we are only responsible for up to 1% compensation per order.
All of the following situations are not eligible for return or exchange.
1. The returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories or relevant documents; repairs or modifications were made without authorization; it was used or stored in an incorrect manner; it has exceeded its shelf life; the returned product is labeled, or it is counterfeit. Products that cannot be sold as goods again.
2. When customers return items due to quality issues, they are required to send them back to our company via regular post or express delivery. The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer, and after receiving the goods, our company will cover the additional shipping fee and actual product costs according to the postal service invoice. If customers return items using cash on delivery or other methods without contacting customer service first, we will refuse to accept them.
3. All returns packages must be returned using a real name (i.e., the order sender’s name). Before shipping, it is necessary to communicate with customer service and provide a return list. The return list must be included in the package to facilitate verification by staff and improve efficiency.
4. Returns that are made without communication with customer service prior to the return process will not be accepted.
5. Returns due to subjective reasons or returns without actual quality issues will not be accepted. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer, and any damage will be compensated at the agreed price.
6. Please do not return products not from our company; if such products are returned, we will not provide a refund.
7. Rejections of advance payment of shipping costs for various reasons, and cases where the return shipping cost exceeds the sending shipping cost, will not be accepted for refund.
8. The first two products offered exclusively to new customers through sample delivery are free shipping, and no returns or refunds are accepted.
9. Customized products do not accept returns or refunds.
10. The warranty period is 3 months starting from the date of delivery; we are not responsible for any issues beyond this period.
11. Products priced below 1.5 yuan are not covered by after-sales service, and there is no discount on shipping costs.
