
All toys are ordered based on the minimum quantity specified on the website! For general products, a single box is sufficient; however, for some products, five or even ten boxes may be required to place an order, which we will inform you about during discussions. Our company does not support mixed orders or retail sales; each style is ordered in units of a box.

a. Our company accepts pricing terms such as EXW, FRC, DCP, FOB, C&F, and CIF. We can provide a quote once the customer provides the relevant information (e.g., specific product requirements, quantity, port of shipment, destination port, destination, pricing terms, etc.). If there are any other special requirements, please inform us in advance so that the sales representative can make the necessary adjustments.
b. Our company’s website lists the ex-factory price directly (i.e., the price at the factory, no invoice issued, no shipping cost, no any fees). For some products, it is necessary to consult about the new price before placing an order, in order to avoid delays in updating prices due to a large number of products.

a. Existing products allow direct online transactions, support bank remittances, and shipping will occur upon receipt of payment.
b. 30% advance payment, the remaining amount to be paid before shipment;

d. 30% advance payment; the remaining amount is to be collected by the transportation company, but the handling fees incurred from this collection shall be borne by the customer (only applicable to Mainland China, and the amount collected shall not exceed 20,000 RMB).

If there are quality issues with the product that affect its use, please report them promptly after receiving the goods and provide a quality certificate from an authoritative department. Our company will address the product quality issue based on the actual situation and cover the costs incurred in resolving it, but we shall not bear any other responsibilities related to the product. If the product problem is caused by the customer, our company will not assume any responsibility. It is recommended that customers inspect the goods at our factory before our shipment, which will better protect the rights and interests of both parties.
Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not come under the three-guarantee policy. If any issues arise after use, our company shall not assume any responsibility. However, within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
Although our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict inspections on products during production, during manufacturing, and after completion, ensuring that 100% of the product quality is fine before shipment, due to various uncertainties, we can only guarantee that 98% of the products will have no issues upon arrival; 2% falls outside our liability scope.
