Delivery receipt instructions:
1. Delivery receipt: The recipient must sign for the package in person and inspect it upon delivery by the courier. If the package is damaged, the quantity does not match, or there is damage to the goods, please refuse to sign and contact customer service immediately. Once signed for, we are not responsible.
2. Logistics receipt: When picking up the goods in person, please carefully inspect the items at the shipping site to ensure there are no damages or abnormalities. If you notice any issues such as deformed packaging, damaged boxes, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please immediately unpack and verify the items. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the shipping company for compensation. If a solution cannot be reached, do not take the goods away and contact customer service for further discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the goods, it will be considered accepted without objections. The signature must be done by the person in charge.
3. Before shipping, our store conducts inspections and adds outer packaging to the original package. We also take measures to protect the items and enhance their resistance to pressure during transportation. However, due to issues that may occur during long-distance transport, such as scratches, damage, or compression, buyers who are sensitive to these may want to consider carefully before placing an order.
After-sales Service:
1. Our store does not support seven-day no-reason returns or exchanges.
2. All products from our store undergo strict inspection before leaving the factory; only those that meet quality standards are released. However, due to various unpredictable factors, quality issues may occur. We can only guarantee that 96%-98% of the products will have no problems upon delivery, while 2%-4% falls outside our warranty scope.
3. We do not accept returns in principle, but if there is a quality issue at the factory, you may contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the product to negotiate a return or exchange. However, the shipping cost incurred shall be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the item is in good condition, the packaging and accessories are complete, and a note stating the reason for the return/exchange and the order number is attached. Otherwise, we will reject the package. Returns due to human damage or returns made more than 24 hours after receipt will not be accepted by us.

6. Size issues: All dimensions are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is normal.
7. Others: Our toy products are produced in bulk and offer good value for money; however, some buyers may find the craftsmanship rough, have defects, use inferior materials, or the product does not meet their expectations. These issues are not considered quality problems. Nothing is perfect, so those with strict requirements regarding products should consider other options. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or negative reviews based on reasons such as strong plastic feel, bad smell, insufficient detail, or rough edges.
The above terms shall apply automatically when the customer decides to order our products, and no separate signatures or seals are required from either party. If you do not agree with these terms, please consider carefully before confirming your agreement before ordering our products.
