3. Due to issues with the monitor and shooting angle, color variations are normal. If you are sensitive to colors, please contact the store first before taking photos of the products!

4. Important business considerations for purchasing ready‑to‑use products for domestic sales: Products that use processes such as thermal transfer printing and hot stamping with decorative paper and films, such as patterns on the bottom of washbasins, tops of lunch boxes, edges of trash bins, and outer rims of cups. Due to market demand and other factors, there may be discrepancies from the images. We will not notify you otherwise. (This change only affects the patterns; it does not impact the product design, quality, or price.)

II. Sample Instructions:

1. Our company can provide samples only upon clear and specific order intentions (including product model, quantity required, and printing requirements).

2. Any party requesting samples from our company, regardless of product size or quantity, must pay a sample deposit.

3. After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit paid will be offset against the payment for the ordered products, or returned to you directly.

4. After receiving the relevant funds, our company will immediately arrange to send out product samples.

5. The shipping costs for sending the samples shall be borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect them on-site when delivering to the customer’s location.

 III. Customization Instructions:

1. Regarding sample production:

The sample products can only be produced after signing the formal contract and paying the deposit. A sample fee may also be charged as appropriate. If a certain quantity is ordered, the sample fee will be refunded. The time spent on sampling is not counted against the production deadline.

2. Regarding the LOGO description:

① Please provide a complete and clear electronic artwork, along with the international Pantone color code.

② The artwork document format is CDR; AI PSD text is converted into curves

③ For silk-screening the logo, it is recommended to use 1–2 colors.

IV. Shipping Time:

For wholesalers and supermarkets, we usually have stock available, and shipments can be made on the same day after payment. For foreign trade orders and gift orders, production scheduling is determined based on the specific requirements and quantity requested by the customer. (Please note that shipping time is an uncertain factor, especially for long-distance deliveries; please allocate sufficient time accordingly.)

 5. Regarding Packaging:

The products you ordered belong to home goods category, and most of them are packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The internal packaging usually consists of individual OPP bags for each product. For logistics, the cost is calculated based on the volume of the packing, and since the products are relatively light, volume is the primary factor. For specific details regarding pricing, our company can assist in investigating the logistics and transportation costs.

 6. Regarding transportation?

1) Generally, logistics is paid upon delivery. If our side needs to collect the fee, please contact customer service to obtain the address so that the actual shipping cost can be determined.

2) When the goods arrive, the buyer is generally required to collect them at the local freight station. If delivery to home is desired, the local freight station will charge a delivery fee; please contact the seller for details.

3) Depending on the distance, shipping time varies. Please consult the store for specific locations. Additionally, since we have no control over the logistics company, delays in delivery due to factors such as weather or road conditions are sometimes unavoidable—please understand this from the buyer.

7. Regarding signature receipt?

All products are carefully counted multiple times by both humans and machines before shipment, and are dispatched only after ensuring the quantity is correct. However, situations where the quantity decreases or is damaged during transportation still occur occasionally! Customers are advised to check the outer packaging carefully upon receipt. If the packaging is incomplete, please count the goods in person before signing for delivery. If any shortages are found, immediately contact the logistics provider and reach out to our customer service!

8. Regarding after-sales service:

Plastic products are low-value, low-priced, and easily worn items. Therefore, returns due to quality issues are not accepted once sold, and our factory does not provide unconditional return services (the actual contract shall prevail for export orders and gift order contracts).

Plastic products are fragile items, and damage is inevitable on the road; our side will bear 60% of the cost.

The product indicates detailed dimensions, but customers try to guess the size based on their assumptions. We do not support any returns or refunds resulting from this.

 9. Confirmation Instructions:

Due to the typically large amounts involved in wholesale transactions, please confirm receipt within 3 days after receiving the goods and providing positive feedback. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly; we will assist in resolving them. A 5-star rating is very important to us!
