About customization
Custom orders are required. Simply provide the design, and we will create the design drawings for the client’s confirmation. After approval, we will start production; if you have the design drawings, we can produce directly based on them.
Regarding packaging
Professional packaging; if any damage occurs during transportation, please contact customer service and send photos for confirmation. We will address the issue immediately.
Regarding shipping
In stock; orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped on the same day. For custom orders, delivery time is determined based on quantity and production schedules.
Regarding returns
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged; in contrast, ready-to-ship products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. If there is no quality issue, the return shipping costs are borne by the seller. If there is a quality problem, the cost of return shipping is covered by this store.
