5. Operation Instructions
Surface Treatment: Thoroughly clean the bonding surface of glass and car frame to remove dust, grease, old glue residue and water, keep completely dry.
Primer Treatment (Optional): Apply supporting primer on bare metal surface for enhanced adhesion effect.
Glue Extrusion: Cut the nozzle to appropriate width, load the cartridge into glue gun, extrude uniform glue strip along the bonding edge.
Glass Installation: Mount the auto glass within the effective operation time, adjust position and press tightly to fit the glue evenly.
Curing Time: Surface dry within 1 hour; reach basic bonding strength in 6 hours; fully cured and waterproof after 24 hours at normal temperature.
Post Treatment: Trim excess glue after initial curing, spray touch-up paint after complete curing.
