2. Product Overview
The K10 series polyurethane sealant includes two versions: black windshield adhesive and white sheet metal adhesive. Both are single-component elastic polyurethane sealants independently developed for the automotive industry, with reliable bonding, sealing, shock absorption and anti-corrosion performance.

K10 Black: Specially formulated for car front/rear windshield and side window installation, featuring high bonding strength to glass, painted metal and vehicle frames, shock absorption and leak-proof performance.

K10 White: Designed for car body sheet metal welding seams, panel splicing and chassis gap sealing. The white cured layer can be sanded and painted to realize seamless body modification, with outstanding anti-rust and noise reduction effects.

6. Universal Operation Instructions

Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, dust, old glue and water from bonding surface, keep fully dry.

Glue Installation: Cut nozzle to proper width, install the 310ml cartridge into standard caulking gun.

Uniform Extrusion: Squeeze continuous glue strip to fully fill gaps or bonding edges.

Smoothing & Assembly: Shape glue surface or mount glass within 10 minutes before skin formation.

Curing Standard: Surface dry within 1 hour; basic bonding strength in 6 hours; fully cured and waterproof after 24 hours at room temperature.

Post Processing: Trim excess glue after initial curing; sand and spray paint after complete curing (only for white K10).
