5. Step-by-Step Usage Instructions

Surface Preparation: Clean the gap surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, old glue residue and water, keep dry and clean.

Cut Nozzle: Trim the plastic nozzle to match the width of your sealing gap, attach to cartridge and load into caulking gun.

Even Extrusion: Squeeze silicone sealant continuously to fully fill the whole gap without voids.

Smoothing: Use a spatula or wet finger to smooth the glue surface within 5–10 minutes before skin forms.

Curing Time: Surface dry in 10–20 minutes; fully waterproof and elastic cured after 24 hours under normal temperature.

Post-Clean: Wipe excess uncured glue with alcohol or damp cloth immediately; cured glue can only be removed mechanically.
