APG DAYCON Extra professional PU sealant is a high-performance single-component polyurethane adhesive tailored for automotive maintenance and vehicle manufacturing. After curing, it forms a flexible elastic layer with excellent shock absorption, waterproof sealing, sound insulation and anti-aging properties. 5. Standard Operation Steps

Surface Cleaning
Fully wipe bonding surfaces of glass and metal frame to remove grease, dust, old glue residue and moisture, keep dry completely.

Nozzle Cutting & Loading
Cut the plastic nozzle to the required width, mount the nozzle on cartridge and load into a standard caulking gun.

Continuous Glue Extrusion
Squeeze uniform, uninterrupted glue strips along the bonding edge of the window frame.

Glass Installation
Mount and adjust the windshield within the available operation time, press tightly to make full contact with adhesive.

Curing Rules
Surface dry within 60 minutes at room temperature; reach initial bonding strength in 6 hours; fully solid and waterproof after 24 hours of curing.

Trim overflow glue after initial curing; spray matching automotive paint only after full curing.
