5. Step-by-Step Operation Guide

Surface Cleaning
Thoroughly clean the gap surface to remove dust, grease, water and old glue residues, keep dry and clean before construction.

Nozzle Cutting
Cut the nozzle at an inclined angle according to gap width, install on the sausage glue gun.

Continuous Extrusion
Squeeze the silicone glue evenly and continuously to fully fill the whole gap without voids.

Smoothing Treatment
Smooth the glue surface with a spatula or wet tool within 5–15 minutes before surface skinning.

Curing Standard
Surface dry within 15–30 minutes at room temperature; form complete waterproof elastic layer after 24 hours full curing.

Residue Cleaning
Wipe uncured excess glue with alcohol; cured silicone can only be removed by mechanical scraping.
