Q1: What is the difference between OPP bags and PE bags? Which one is suitable for my product?

A: In short, OPP bags focus on “high transparency display”, while PE bags emphasize “flexibility and durability”. The OPP material has extremely high transparency (like a mirror), and high hardness, making it suitable for displaying clothing, stationery, accessories, books, etc., to enhance the appearance of products; whereas the PE material is soft and flexible, ideal for items that need repeated manipulation or those that are heavier and have sharp edges. If you deal with fast-fashion clothing or delicate items, we highly recommend OPP self-adhesive bags.

Q2: What is the minimum order quantity for custom-printed LOGO? What documents are required?

A: A standard stock bag of 1 pack (usually 100 pieces) is sufficient for bulk orders. If you need customized printing with a logo, the minimum order quantity is generally 1000 pieces (depending on the bag size and thickness). You only need to provide clear AI, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG images, and our factory offers free layout design services. Custom orders are usually ready within 3–5 days after the artwork is confirmed.

Q3: Why are some bag edges flat, while others have serrated edges?

A: These are two different trimming processes. The one with smooth edges is the “flat cutting” process, suitable for small-sized bags; the one with serrated edges is the “floral cutting (anti-splintering)” process. When the bag width exceeds 20 cm, to prevent the edges from bursting due to pressure when contents are placed inside, we default to the floral cutting process. This ensures a stronger seal and better load-bearing capacity.

Q4: How are the “dimensions” on the bag calculated? Is the sealing area included?

A: The dimensions we typically label are: width × total length (including the sealing area). For example, for a bag marked “24*34cm”, the actual usable height for the items it can hold is approximately 30cm, with the additional 4cm being the sealing tongue (adhesive area). It is recommended that when purchasing, the width and height of the bag be 2–3 cm larger than the actual items, so they can be easily inserted.

Q5: What should I do if the bag bulges after sealing? Can it be drilled?

A: This is a manifestation of the good sealing performance of the OPP bag. If your products (such as fluffy clothing, bread, etc.) tend to expand due to air trapped inside, we can customize breathable holes for you free of charge! All you need to do is note “need breathable holes” when placing your order, or contact customer service directly to indicate this. We will arrange for the machine to drill holes for you free of charge—both aesthetic and practical.

Q6: What should I do if the item arrives with missing parts or damaged?

A: All of our bags are automatically counted by machines, so there may be a small error of 1–3 items. If there is an obvious shortage, missing items, or damage caused by shipping, please take photos of the outer packaging and the actual product and contact customer service. We promise to compensate for any damaged items or refund the price difference, ensuring you do not bear any losses.
