Inkjet consumable quality assurance information

This quality assurance information applies to HP original ink cartridges and print head consumables.

HP consumable quality assurance definition:

For HP original consumables sold in the Chinese mainland, including those sold separately and those included with the printer, HP provides replacement services if quality issues occur during purchase, installation, or use (within the product warranty period).

Note: Quality issues caused by re-filling, damage during transportation, or improper use by the user are not covered.

Consumable Replacement Standards:

• HP Original Consumables;
• The remaining consumable stock is above 40%, or it meets the weight standards;
• Within the lifespan of the consumable, before the expiration date on the ink cartridge or from the installation reminder date
• Within 6 months, there are no damages caused by human or abnormal usage.

How to check the shelf life of an ink cartridge:

To find the "quality termination" date, please refer to the table below for the shelf life of each product category. The date is expressed in YYYY/MM/DD format.
Or in the format YYYY/MM, where YYYY refers to "year" and MM refers to "month", and DD refers to "day".
