1. Within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), if any products with quality issues are found, please contact us for return or exchange processing; applications will not be accepted after the deadline, and any verification of fraud or false reporting will result in no acceptance.
2. For product colors or styles specified by the customer, we will do our best to meet their requirements, but it may not be 100% satisfied. If the color does not meet expectations, we will promptly communicate with you to arrange a color replacement or handle the item as out of stock.
3. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales, it indicates no actual quality issues with the product, which will not be used as a reason for return or exchange. Orders should be made with caution, and we are not responsible for any inventory overstocking.
4. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not when receiving the goods, customers must open the box for inspection. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certificate stamped with their official seal, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim; if the damage or loss of goods is caused by logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
5. Customers who require returns or exchanges are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related documents, so as not to affect future sales. If the returned product’s packaging is incomplete, accessories or documents are missing; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has not been used or stored according to normal procedures; if it is outside the product’s warranty period; or if the returned product is labeled or falsified, we will not provide a return or exchange.
6. When the customer returns the product due to a quality issue, please send it back to our company using regular shipping. We do not accept any express or expedited shipping services with high shipping fees; the shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. After receiving the item, we will cover the remaining shipping fee and the actual product cost according to the shipping label.
