This is due to differences in color contrast and color temperature on computer monitors, among other factors. We also welcome buyers to visit in person to inspect the porcelain quality and ensure its intact condition! Small imperfections may occur without affecting the beauty and sales of the ceramics; please proceed with the transaction if you are willing to accept them.

• For individual orders, we typically ship via express delivery, and the shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The cooperative express companies include Yunda, Deppon, and Aneng Dishang. If you require other express companies, please indicate this; SF Express requires an additional fee. For bulk shipments of ceramics, we usually follow the logistics process. If the buyer has a cooperative logistics company, please note it. Otherwise, we will send the goods to a logistics station partnered with our company and will promptly send back the delivery receipt from the station.

• All ceramics sold by Chaozhou Chuanai Ceramics Co., Ltd. are at direct wholesale prices from the manufacturer. The shipping costs for ceramics and the logistics fees at the freight station must be borne by the buyer. We hope the buyer can cooperate actively. Thank you!
