Q1: Regarding the number of batches, is mixed batching supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? Is Alipay transactions supported?
Mixed orders meaning: Many of our products offer drop-shipping, and the minimum order quantity for puzzles is 1 copy.

Q2: How is the product quality?
Over 95% of the product images are selfies, which reflect the product accurately. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the products and packaging, as well as the packaging method. Please refer to the actual conditions. (For some products that haven’t been updated promptly, please let us know—thank you.) Although we cannot enable you to get a product from 1 yuan to 10 yuan, we ensure product quality at a lower price! We strive to achieve "good quality at a reasonable price" by improving cost-performance ratio.
Q3: Are all items available online? Why can’t some products be ordered? What if they are out of stock?
All products are available for immediate sale. Those listed on the page that indicate they can be added to an order are in stock, so you can purchase with confidence. Products that do not support online ordering, only show "Order Now," and lack prices are temporarily out of stock. If you need them, please contact us. We will produce or place the order as soon as possible. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional shortages caused by delayed removal from shelves. We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you via phone or Wangwang message to resolve the issue.
Q4: Are all items sent randomly, or can the style be selected?
Regarding style and color issues, random allocation is performed by default during order fulfillment. If you have specific requirements, please contact customer service for assistance. Since the colors and styles of the toys are randomly packaged, we arrange the items based on actual warehouse conditions. No selection or color preference is allowed for the products. Please be cautious when purchasing; feel free to consult customer service for details. There are many products, so it is possible that some may be out of stock. We hope you can understand this. If any products are missing, please contact after-sales service to request a refund for those items, either by purchasing again or by having them sent in the next order.
Q5: When will the shipment be delivered?
Regarding shipping: All deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 PM. Orders that are placed and paid for before 4 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day. (If there are too many products in an order, warehouse staff may be busy handling them; orders will be processed according to actual availability without further notice. Please understand.) Orders placed after 4 PM are usually shipped the next day. The quantities sent via logistics are typically large, so we strive to ship within 72 hours after payment is received (re-purchases are calculated based on the last payment time). Due to many pending orders and customers needing re-purchases or address changes, we will arrange shipping after preparation is complete! We will arrange shipment as soon as possible. PS: If the customer cancels the order after shipment, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer!!!
Q6: How is the shipping cost calculated?
For products with a minimum order quantity, simply place the order and select the shipping cost, which is clearly displayed on the page. If you have a large order volume, you can contact customer service for further details regarding the shipping cost.
The 3D puzzles may be relatively small in size, so the quantity usually purchased is larger. The shipping cost is calculated based on express delivery, which may result in some price variations. If you are purchasing the puzzles, you can contact customer service.

Our default couriers include Zhongtong, Huitong, Yousù, and Shen Tong. You can check in advance whether the delivery area includes them. If it does not, please contact customer service to switch to another courier; the shipping fee will be charged separately.
Special Note: A small quantity of goods (samples) is typically shipped via express delivery, such as Zhongtong, Huitong, Shentong, Yousu, and other courier services.
A large quantity of goods is typically transported by road.
Logistics: It is recommended to use logistics services with insurance, such as Deppon. If you need to change the shipping cost, please contact customer service. All logistics costs are pay-on-delivery, and most are calculated based on volume. Customer service can only provide an approximate volume estimate based on past experience; the actual volume will be calculated after proper packaging.
Q7: What should I do if the product has quality issues or defects?
All products sold are bestsellers, and the first and most important requirement for bestsellers is quality! Since it's a wholesale order, the quantity shipped is very large, so we can only randomly check the quality and appearance of some individual products. It is impossible to inspect every item for minor defects. Potential issues may include:
① Wrong product shipped: The warehouse colleague checked and verified the order twice from receiving the order to shipping, but it is still possible that a wrong product is shipped sometimes. You can try selling it. The products on Alibaba are generally easy to sell. If there is a price difference, please contact customer service to refund it.
② Product quality issues: Most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections... To sell toys, it is necessary to know how to repair them. Some spare parts for products can be repaired, and we will provide those parts; for specific details, please contact customer service.
③ The packaging was damaged due to shipping logistics pressure: We will use double-layer packaging, padding materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation issues. Please check the items upon unpacking in front of the logistics or delivery service!! (Insurance may cover damages from Deppon-style logistics, but not typical logistics. Please be aware of this.) Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return. However, we are obligated to assist customers in resolving issues caused by the logistics delivery. (Details are provided under the return conditions)
④There are minor defects in the product: We do not produce high-end items, handicrafts, artworks, or electrical devices. It is just an ordinary toy. The detailed product information includes all relevant details. Perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please reconsider your approach—opt for a more elegant alternative.
Online wholesale is not physical wholesale; it is clearly our responsibility. Please contact our after-sales customer service first for registration and processing. If you need replacement parts for damaged items, please reach out to the after-sales service. We will provide them to you when you place your next order. This is a requirement for a trustworthy business, but please do not mention Taobao or how wholesale markets are resolved. You know this is Alibaba, and we operate in wholesale. Taobao A product can be sold several times more expensive, while we have only increased prices by a few percentage points. Those who are not engaged in wholesale cannot follow wholesale regulations. Q8. Regarding Logistics
Generally, items weighing less than 10 kilograms are recommended to be shipped via courier service. Those weighing more than 20 kilograms should be sent through logistics companies. For remote areas, it is advised to use major logistics providers such as Deppon or Xinbang. Chenghai District in Shantou City offers direct logistics connections across the country; most cities at the municipal level can receive deliveries, while county-level cities require intermediate transfers. After delivery, the logistics company will call you; you will need to collect the goods yourself.
