1. It is a wholesale and purchasing platform. The profit margin on the products we sell is low, and the system will apply discounts based on the customer order amount. To save each other’s time, please do not negotiate further.
2. After-sales service in the wholesale industry differs from that in retail industries such as Taobao. In the wholesale sector, customers are not allowed to return products due to damage (this is a common practice in the toy industry; please be aware that some new entrants should also understand this to avoid returning products on account of accidental damage!). For products with quality issues that exceed a value of 200 yuan, they can be sent back for replacement at our expense. If the value is less than 200 yuan, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
3. It is a platform for customers to purchase goods, not a retail platform. If the amount ordered by the customer is less than 200 yuan, we have the right to refuse delivery.
4. Orders below 1,000 yuan are generally shipped via express delivery. Customers can proceed with the purchase and payment at their own discretion. For orders requiring logistics shipping, please notify us separately.
5. Please open the package in person before receiving it via courier to check for any missing items or quality issues. Contact us promptly if such problems are found. Please inspect the goods within 48 hours after receipt; no further action will be taken after this deadline (due to the complex structure of the toys, which are mostly made of plastic and electronic components, they are prone to damage when in the hands of children). We apologize for any inconvenience!
When receiving packages from customers, it is essential to check whether the product has any damage before signing for it (without a delivery worker will refuse; we know that for every return or exchange request from our customers, we inspect the package upon receipt, and we have never encountered a refusal by a delivery worker). If any issue is discovered during signing for due to appearance problems, please reject the package immediately and contact us. We can claim compensation from the courier company for the relevant product and shipping fees. If the problem is found after signing for, the shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
For example, if a toy worth $30 is damaged due to pressure from the delivery package, and you still sign for it, you should know that the delivery company is not responsible after signing for the item. When you come to us to report the damage, we cannot claim compensation from the delivery service. If we are required to cover both return shipping costs and the already damaged $30 toy, it means we would lose several dozen dollars in one transaction, while the actual loss should be borne by the delivery company. Therefore, we cannot accept this situation. Once again, we emphasize that buyers must inspect the item in person before signing for it. If you report damage after signing, the shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Customers who cannot follow this rule should be cautious when placing orders to avoid unnecessary trouble. You should understand that toys are made of plastic. Bulk sorting may not affect clothes or shoes, but toys, like electronic products, need to be inspected in person. Using a key or similar tool to cut the tape and open the box for a minute’s inspection is sufficient to ensure the quality of your transaction. We need to work together to prevent the delivery company from avoiding responsibility and protect our respective rights! Additionally, for products with quality issues other than damage caused by pressure, such as functional problems, if the value exceeds $200, the item can be sent back for replacement. We will cover the shipping cost. For items under $200, the shipping cost is on the customer. If accessories are needed, please contact us for replacement.
