The stainless steel surface may have dust and dirt that is easy to remove. It can be cleaned with soap, mild detergent, or warm water. Markings and coatings on the stainless steel surface should be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent. Adhesive components should be scrubbed with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene). Grease, oil, and lubricant contamination on the stainless steel surface should be wiped clean with a soft cloth, followed by cleaning with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution, or using a specialized cleaner.

The stainless steel surface is contaminated with bleaching agents and various acids. Immediately rinse with water, then wash with an ammonia solution or a neutral carbonated soda solution, and finally clean with a neutral detergent or warm water.

The rainbow patterns on the stainless steel surface are caused by excessive use of detergents or oil. They can be removed using mild detergent in warm water. Rust caused by dirt on the stainless steel surface can be cleaned with 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent, or using specialized cleaning products.
