After becoming a distributor for this company, the first purchase can be made according to the company's minimum order quantity or under mixed orders conditions.

The company adheres to the principle of low-margin, high-volume sales, and there is no price negotiation for products.
Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with us are processed upon payment receipt: pay via Alipay.

All products issued by our company come with independent, exquisite packaging. An additional outer packaging is added on top of the original packaging, which enhances its resistance to pressure. Even with the best protective measures, it is not possible to prevent 100% of issues that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, damage from bumps, and compression.
All of our products have a basic inventory level. However, due to the high demand for our car models, remote control car models, and remote control aircraft, along with numerous export and domestic orders, it is possible that some orders may not be fulfilled immediately. Therefore, it is normal for delivery times to range from two to three days; we will try our best to arrange early deliveries. When products are available, we will strive to deliver on the same day. For those unavailable items, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand this situation. If you plan to place large orders, the delivery time and payment methods need to be discussed and finalized with customer service.
The default express shipping method across the country is Yuantong; for areas where delivery is not possible, postal parcel service is used. If you need another shipping method, please contact customer service.
Solution to stock shortage issues:We typically contact the recipient to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If we cannot reach the recipient, then it is assumed that we will deliver only as much as can be provided according to the order. The remaining payment will be refunded to the buyer.

Please ensure the buyer signs the package in person when receiving it, after verifying that everything is correct. If any discrepancy in quantity or damage is found, please seal it back as it was and refuse to sign. Contact the seller immediately in front of the courier, and it can be returned after your confirmation. Once signed for, we shall not assume any responsibility. Please note this applies equally to issues arising after someone else signs for it; therefore, it must be signed by you personally!
damagedThe responsibility for damage caused by transportation reasons will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics providers with insurance such as DePang or JiJie). However, we are obligated to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. Our company will use double-layer packaging, added cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent damage. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

No-reason returnIn the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, unused, undamaged, and suitable for secondary sale. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, we will charge a 20% handling fee). The shipping costs for no- reason returns shall be borne by the buyer.
Subjective flawsOur products are high-quality and affordable, truly worth the price. Some buyers report issues such as rough craftsmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the goods. However, these do not constitute quality problems. No product is perfect; those who are too picky may want to skip them. All images are taken of the actual items, and all dimensions are measured manually. A 1–2 CM error is considered normal.
Return and exchangeReturn conditions -- If the product fails to function as expected due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a refund or replacement, but the shipping costs associated with this will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing the wire connections. It is important to know how to repair toys when selling them). For reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations, which are not related to product quality, we will not offer returns or replacements!
Product qualityAll products we ship undergo multiple inspections during production, after delivery, and before shipment. We only deliver them after they are fully qualified. However, various uncertain factors may result in the loss of product functionality.

The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and shall not constitute part of the contract, nor serve as a reason for return.
