Buyer Guide
Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer. If you have any objections, please confirm with customer service before placing another order.
Regarding retail and reissuance
1. Orders under 300 yuan are considered retail sales; no returns or exchanges are provided. In case of shipping issues, they can be resolved through negotiation. Please count the items in front of the shipping company staff to confirm there are no problems before signing for delivery.
2. If functionality is lacking due to quality issues, if replacement parts are required, no separate arrangement will be made. These must be included in the next restock or the cost of shipping must be borne by the customer.
Regarding shipping
1. After the customer places an order and pays, it is typically shipped within 2 days. Orders placed or paid after 16:50 each day are considered for shipment the next day.
2. If there are special reasons preventing timely delivery, we will contact the buyer promptly to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.
Regarding logistics
1. Shipping: By default, Yunda and Zhongtong express services will be used.
2. Logistics: Shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the shipping station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or selected by us based on suitability.
Regarding delivery
1. If there is a shortage, please leave us a message within 24 hours after receipt, and we will verify the situation for you as soon as possible.
2. In case the package is damaged or items are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence. Decline the shipment and contact us for further action.
Regarding returns and exchanges
1. If the quality issue with the product causes the missing functions it should have, we will provide a refund or replacement, but the shipping cost incurred will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simply replacing the components).
2. Other reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations due to non-product quality issues will not result in returns or exchanges.
Regarding wholesale after-sales service
Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 7 days of receiving the item (based on the date of receipt). If no feedback is provided beyond this deadline, we will not process any claims. Products with quality issues can be accumulated and returned via regular shipping; the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. For quality issues, please contact our customer service first to register the issue. If the accumulated products are not registered, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
