We produce cost-effective toys, not handicrafts or valuable items. The products are mainly sold in bulk, with a quality rate of approximately 98%. Approximately 2% quality issues are exempt from liability according to standards and regulations. Minor scratches, slight fading, or similar issues during production and transportation are considered minor and do not affect normal use; severe damage or complete loss of function that affects usability is considered serious, and the seller is responsible for replacing such defective items. For minor issues that do not affect use and allow resale, a replacement can be provided, but the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense. Please consider carefully if you have concerns. |

All our products undergo strict inspections before shipment, ensuring quality assurance. When receiving plastic toys, careful inspection is required; damaged items will be rejected. If any quality issue is found after receipt but before use, free shipping is provided for return or replacement. Damaged parts or missing items will be replenished, while shortages or omissions can be compensated free of charge with the next order. For individual replacements, the sender must bear the shipping cost. |

| 5 | Regarding returns and exchanges |

For wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there are quality issues. For distribution orders, 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges are allowed, but the following conditions must be met: the product must not affect secondary sales; otherwise, the return will be processed at 60% of the original price with no full refund.
