Please carefully verify the order (price, quantity, specifications, etc.). If any special requirements exist, please inform us promptly. The delivery address and contact information must be accurate; otherwise, you will bear the associated losses. Pay the order amount promptly.
II. Custom Processing
Our own factory provides customers with customized processing services tailored to their specific needs. Customers only need to provide product samples, clear images of the products, and relevant dimensions. We will then proceed with the customization. We will estimate and verify the sampling costs for production, which range from 100 to 400 yuan, and these costs must be paid in advance by the customer. Before placing the order for customization, customers are required to pay an advance payment of 30% based on the quantity of customization requested.

All products on this website generally come with real photos, along with detailed descriptions, materials, dimensions, and size information. Please feel free to make your purchase with confidence.
Color variation explanation: The color differences and variations in the products are caused by factors such as the background, lighting, and the display accuracy of the computer monitor. These factors vary, and they are beyond control; they do not constitute quality issues. The product specifications should be based on the actual item. Most accessories are handcrafted, so those who are concerned about color variations and minor defects should carefully consider before deciding to order.
02 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 5 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day. If there is a shortage of items, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. During shipping, dedicated staff will verify the shipping list and the goods, and once everything is correct, they will place them into corrugated boxes for delivery.
03 Shipping and Logistics: Our default shipping provider is Zhongtong. If you need another carrier, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you urgently require the goods, please contact customer service to arrange delivery via Shunfeng or postal services. For bulk shipments that require logistics consignment, please inform customer service of the address and name of the nearest logistics company and consignment station, so that the goods can be delivered at the nearest location at the earliest possible time. A serious note: We have no control over shipping and logistics services. Please do not use complaints regarding delivery time or shipping service quality as a basis for evaluating us.
04 Regarding Signing for Delivery: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they are delivered. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them. If the item is damaged during transportation, please directly verify and claim compensation with the delivery personnel or refuse to sign for it.
05 Regarding after-sales service: If there are quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and no further handling will be done after this period. If the quality is satisfactory, no return or exchange will be accepted. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected are not valid for return or exchange. However, if the product has objective quality issues such as rust, paint peeling, or missing parts, it will be eligible for return or exchange.
