1. Product Quotation
Direct wholesale price of this factory (i.e., ex-factory price, no invoice, no shipping, no any fees).
II. Payment Methods
Only shipping will be arranged upon payment receipt; via Alipay or bank transfer.
If the order requires a certain production time, pay a 30% deposit first, and the remaining amount should be paid before delivery.

4. Shipping Time
Upon receiving the payment or deposit from the customer, our company will prepare the goods, which typically takes about 1-3 days. Since inventory preparation is required for each order (some require production), please order as early as possible based on actual circumstances, so that we can fulfill orders in time during emergencies and avoid affecting the customer's business operations. If some products need to be delivered later, our sales staff will notify the customer accordingly, and the customer may choose to replace or cancel the unavailable items.
5. Delivery Time
It may vary depending on the distance, transportation conditions, and mode of transport in each region. For detailed information, please confirm with our sales staff or the shipping company.
6. Receiving Standards
1. The buyer should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel after receiving them. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the goods in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company on the spot; if an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet and contact us at the freight station for discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
3. Since we ship through logistics companies, and these companies use large trucks for transportation, there will inevitably be some minor damage during normal shipping. Each transportation company has an agreement; please let the buyer specify the logistics and transportation company they require. Cases such as toys being damaged during transport occur occasionally, and we do not cover insurance for the shipping party. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation, with a standard fee of 3%–5%.
Please carefully check the goods before picking them up.
4. We ship for clients and handle the shipping procedures. The freight is paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs upon pickup, it can be compensated using the freight amount. It is generally recommended not to pay in advance.
7. After-sales Service
The customer must verify and inspect the goods promptly after receiving them. If any individual item has serious quality issues that affect its use, please provide evidence such as photos within 3 days of receipt (any excess will be at your own expense). Our company will arrange a solution based on the actual situation.
We do not support returns without reason; the return period is 15 days (both parties must confirm it before sending back the item).
Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not come under the three-guarantee policy. If any issues arise after use, our company shall not assume any responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products will be handled according to the agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customer.
