II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, since the return process involves shipping, there will be significant damage and loss, and the refund will be 9.5% off the original price. We do not provide returns or exchanges without quality issues after more than 1 month.

2. Please ensure to inspect the boxes in front of the logistics or delivery personnel when receiving the goods. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer packaging may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. A 5% damage to the product is within normal limits. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.

3. For long-term orders, damage to products can be compensated through replacement. If the total value reaches 200 yuan, we will cover half of the shipping costs (we only bear half of the express delivery fees when shipping is paid upon delivery).
