III. Shipping Instructions:

IV. After-sales Service:

Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.

(2) If any product with quality issues, such as functional failure, is discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.

(3) When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation problems, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified certificate, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.

(4) Returns due to dissatisfaction or unwillingness to use them, but with no actual quality issues, are not accepted.

(5) For returns due to quality issues, please collect at least five returns.
