All products sold by the factory do not include shipping fees or logistics costs. The relevant shipping fees can be negotiated based on the quantity purchased by the customer. For orders with a small quantity, shipping via express service may be used; for orders with a large quantity, a scheduled logistics method can be adopted. However, the company is only responsible for delivering to the city or county specified by the customer and does not provide door-to-door delivery (if door-to-door delivery is required, a additional logistics delivery fee will be charged).
Our after-sales service: If there are quality issues within 7 days of receiving the product, we will replace it for you without any shipping fee from your side. We will cover the shipping cost. If there are quality concerns between 8 and 30 days, we will pay for the replacement shipping per person. For periods exceeding 31 days, the shipping cost is on you. There is a three-year free replacement policy, but the round-trip shipping cost is still on you.

The products and packaging are neutral in nature. All series of products come with instruction manuals in English or Chinese. Packaged in boxes of 50 units, with both English and Chinese packaging options. For orders, please contact customer service.
