Wholesale After-Sales Rules
1. Replacement processing for fault report
Under the condition that the product was not worn and did not affect secondary sales, and the order is...Within 2 months, if you accumulate more than 20 items, contact customer service to request a replacement. The return shipping costs will be covered by us (the seller).
Not accumulatedFor orders of 20 pieces, the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer; orders that exceed 2 months will not be eligible for returns.
To ensure customers receive products with a greater price advantage, the items themselves are low-value and low-margin. When there is a limited number of watches, the shipping cost may be much higher than the profit, please understand this.
2. Replacement processing for non-faulty meters
If the product issue is not related to quality (including minor defects), a replacement will be provided. The replacement will be of the same model but a different color or another style at the following discount rate:
OrderWithin 1 month, the price will be calculated at 10% discount based on the value of the goods. The shipping fees for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer;
OrderWithin 2 months, calculations will be based on 20% discount of the item value; the shipping costs for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
OrderWithin 3 months, the shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be calculated at 70% of the item value, and the buyer is responsible for these fees.
overOrders from 3 months ago will not be subject to after-sales service.
When the replacement quantity exceeds500 items, or if the exchange/refund quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or when the after-sales payment method is a style-specific option, no return or exchange will be processed.
Regarding mixed reviews
The orders for goods are quite scattered—one or two items per order, with many styles and low quantities. Due to the fragmented nature of the requested styles, inventory preparation takes a lot of time. Therefore, if any color is out of stock, the quantity of that style will be increased or another color of the same style will be shipped as a substitute. The total order quantity will then be fulfilled by shipping these alternatives. Please be aware of this.
Regarding shippingIf you need to make changes to the shipping method, please inform customer service during order placement to provide a new note. If no contact with customer service is made or a note is provided by yourself, the default shipping method will be used for delivery. Due to the large volume of orders, it may take some time to process on the same day.Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day if inventory is sufficient; in cases of shortage, notification to the buyer or a 1-2 day delay in shipping may occur. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped every other day.
