A. Returns and exchanges, warranty:

B. Return and exchange conditions:
【Mixed Reviews Sample】Offers seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy with one-year warranty. Please contact the store customer service before returning or exchanging; otherwise, requests will not be processed.
【Distribution & Wholesale】For distributors/wholesalers with long-term partnerships, if quality issues are found in the products received, approximately 10 defective items will be returned for processing (products that have not been used or whose protective films have not been removed will be replaced directly; those that have been used and affect secondary sales will be covered under warranty within the validity period, and repairs will be charged if the parts are damaged outside the validity period).

C. Return costs:
1. Return and exchange costs (packaging before shipment, product depreciation, inspection and counting of goods, second QC):
★ Out-of-stock items at regular prices are only accepted for discounted recycling to be replaced with other products;
If the goods become unsold within 1 month of order placement, the return and replacement shipping costs will be borne by the buyer at the market value discount.
★ If the product remains unsold within 2 months of order placement, a 10% discount on the product value will be applied;
★ If the product remains unsold within 3–5 months of order placement, it will be sold at 20% of its original value;
★ After more than half a year of being out of stock, it will be sold at 70% of the product value;
★ Items with a usage period of more than 1 year or a quantity exceeding 400 units cannot be returned.

II. Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges

Note:

1. Please ensure the watch is unused and unopened, and it must be in complete condition. Any returned or exchanged watches will not affect secondary sales.

2. Damage to the product caused by human factors will be repaired instead of replaced, and the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer;

Maintenance Instructions:Free repair services include issues such as missing needles, missing drills, inaccurate timing, and stopping during movement, caused by non-human factors (watch malfunctions due to human causes are only charged at the parts cost).

Special Notes:

1. Watches are high-precision and high-value items. Please wear them according to the user manual to maximize their actual service life.

2. The watch case is a vulnerable component; scratches and strap wear that occur during normal use are not covered by warranty.
