Product ordering instructions:

Product specifications: The dimensions are obtained through manual rough measurement and may not be precise, potentially with errors. They are only used for general reference during purchase.

Waterproofing for daily use: Refers to protection against splashes; it is not suitable for bathing or soaking, and should be kept away from hot water and steam

Watchband size: The watchband length is designed and produced for large hands, and it generally fits most wrist diameters.

Regarding packaging accessories: All watches from the factory are shipped without packaging. You will need separate packages for the watch accessories, instruction manuals, and watch disassemblers, which must be purchased separately!

Good product standards: If there are low-end products in the batch, there may be color differences between images and actual photos; watch defects should not exceed two points; minor scratches that are not visible after photography; asymmetrical or detached crystal and other decorative elements, none of these are considered defective—they are normal items (general warehouses will carefully inspect before shipping to minimize defects, so please rest assured). If you require 100% defect-free products, please take photos with caution~~

Regarding delivery issues: Due to the high packing workload in the warehouse, please check the quantity and weight on the box when receiving the goods. If there are discrepancies, we will open the package for inspection. If any problems are found, the goods will be rejected and returned immediately!!

Regarding delivery time: The goods are shipped from Shenzhen. They will arrive within 1–2 days within Guangdong Province. Outside the province, it usually takes about 3–4 days. In remote areas, it may take 6–8 days, such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, and Ningxia.

Items will be arranged according to orders; however, if there is a shortage of certain colors, the warehouse will automatically mix other colors to make up for it. It is not possible to request replacements one by one! We apologize for this inconvenience. If you are not satisfied with the received item, please ask for a replacement during your next return request~.! Instructions for returning products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges without reason. Exchanges are available for quality issues, and we do not avoid responsibility for any problems; we actively negotiate solutions. Whether it is an issue with the product itself or damage caused by shipping, it is considered the manufacturer's responsibility, and we will provide a replacement to the customer. For returns due to quality issues, please accumulate more than 100 items before returning them all at once, and the shipping cost will be covered by the manufacturer (please do not send via pay-on-delivery). If the number of items required for return is less than 100, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer, as the product price may not be higher than the shipping cost.
