① Regarding packaging

② Regarding shipping
√ Orders can be placed in quantities of 1 or more; mixed orders are supported. By default, products are packaged in kraft paper boxes. If color boxes are required, please contact customer service.
√Orders placed before 4 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next day.
√PDD orders will be shipped within 24 hours; please indicate it is a PDD order in advance.
③ Regarding transportation
The quantity is small, and shipping by courier is the default option. The shipping cost has been set, so you can place the order directly.
By default, large orders are shipped via logistics; please contact customer service to change the shipping cost.
If you need to specify logistics or pay-on-delivery, please contact customer service and indicate this.
④ Regarding After-Sales Service
For returns due to non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the shipping costs from the factory and the return shipping costs. For quality issues, the maximum cost is 5 yuan in shipping fees.
If there are quality issues after 15 days, it can be repaired; the return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Please inspect the item upon receipt and sign for delivery.
⑤ Damage Instructions
Please perform a "unboxing inspection" before signing the delivery receipt to ensure there are no damages before signing; if damage is discovered after unpacking, please contact customer service promptly and avoid signing immediately (signing indicates the delivery is complete without any further responsibility). Our customer service will advise you whether to reject the signature (we will resend the package) or sign it (we will send additional accessories).
