1. All listed prices refer to the price without printing; printing will be charged separately according to customer specifications. For detailed pricing details, please contact customer service. If a logo needs to be added, customers should provide vector graphics in AI or CDI format as accurately as possible to ensure high-quality design and printing results. Due to the special nature of custom umbrellas, once customized, products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (very important). Please consider carefully before placing an order. If this condition is not acceptable, please do not purchase.

2. Before you order the advertising umbrella, please design a mockup and provide it to us. It would be best if it is in CDR or AI format. However, there is still a slight difference between the mockup and the actual product. Please rely on the final printed product appearance!

3. Please carefully verify the printed content when checking the renderings, and ensure there are no errors in them. If any errors are found, notify customer service promptly for correction. If the correction is not made in time, the company will not be responsible for any issues that arise after printing.

4. Due to product innovation, the fabric, design, components, and specifications of the products you ordered may be improved. Any changes will not be notified in advance; please refer to the final product.

5. Due to numerous uncertainties in the printing process (such as fabric variation, ink coloring, and scraping effects), there may be color differences between the finished products delivered and the samples provided by customers. All our advertising umbrellas are photographed in real life; however, differences may occur due to varying monitors and lighting conditions.
Regarding the threads, there may be some color variation, which is completely normal. Please refer to the actual color of the product. Thank you!!

6. After finalizing the layout, arrange production and printing. The production cycle varies depending on the quantity (for details, please contact customer service). Generally, it takes 10–15 days. There is an expedited service option (with additional fees).
7. Due to technical reasons, there is a certain degree of color variation in the products. Those who may be affected should purchase with caution, and this range of color variation is not covered by our after-sales service!

Return and Exchange Instructions

*Different production batches; some umbrellas do not have the UV label printed on them. No after-sales service is provided for either case, so those who are sensitive to this may should consider purchasing carefully.
*The products in this store are carefully selected by the owner, and generally there are no quality issues. If you notice any quality problems, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided there is no external damage or soiling. We offer a full replacement policy; if there are no issues, returns will not be accepted!
