Order Instructions
1. Product Orders:
The minimum order quantity for each product is 1000 units. If the customer's required quantity is lower than this, the unit price may increase slightly; please discuss this with the sales representative.
2. Product Quotation:
Customers can first visit the company website to view reference prices and detailed information, and then inform the salesperson based on their requirements. If it is a custom design, it would be best to provide a sample for the salesperson to calculate an accurate price; estimates based solely on images are not reliable. The final price will be determined according to the sample price confirmed in our written contract, and the quote generally does not include taxes.
3. Product Prototype:
All luggage styles can be designed based on the actual samples or images provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to client requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Standard colors typically have ready-made options, while special colors require custom production for bulk orders.
4. Order Contract:
Both parties confirmed the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process, and delivery timeline of the ordered products, and then signed a purchase order. All matters shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Production Time:
Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. For urgent orders, production can be prioritized based on the workshop scheduling, and delivery can be arranged as early as possible. Orders for special materials and colors require approximately 10 to 20 days.
6. Packaging Method:
Each product is packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags), and high-quality, durable cardboard boxes are used to prevent damage during transportation.
7. Payment Methods:
The customer must pay a 30% deposit when confirming the sample order. During product production, we can conduct inspections and random checks at our factory. A 70% balance shall be paid before shipment of the finished product.

8. What should I do if the received product has quality issues or is out of stock?

If there are shortages or quality issues with the items after receiving them, please contact customer service promptly within three days. For quality problems, please take photos upon receipt and send them via Wangwang; we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If the item is indeed out of stock as indicated on the list, please contact our customer service to request a refund.

9. I have received the item, but I don’t like it very much. Is it possible to return or exchange it?

If you are not satisfied with the product or do not like it, you may return or exchange it without using it, provided it has not been sold again, and the shipping cost is on your own.

The following situations do not allow returns or exchanges

The packaged returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the accessories or relevant documents are missing.

B Unauthorized repair or return of products with labels attached;

C has not been used or stored according to proper methods;

D Products with a strict after-sale service period;

E Customized products for customers;

Items that have been removed from our store are not eligible for return or exchange.
