(1)Ordering Process
Customers browse the website and consult the manufacturer about product details. The manufacturer provides a price quote based on the customer's requirements (material, size, quantity, packaging, invoices, logistics, etc.). After the customer accepts the quote, they provide design drafts to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer confirms the draft files, the customer pays a sample fee. The manufacturer produces a sample and sends it to the customer. After the customer approves the sample, a production contract is signed, and if the customer pays 30% deposit, the manufacturer will produce the bulk goods. After the bulk production is completed, the customer can inspect the goods (by taking photos or sending a sample for confirmation by the customer or through personal inspection) and pay the remaining balance. The manufacturer then arranges shipment to the customer.

◆ Provide a complete CMYK format manuscript
◆ The artwork documents should be in cdr or ai format, with a PDF resolution of no less than 300dpi, and the text should be converted into curves.
◆ The design draft must include an additional 1.5 mm bleed area around the edges beyond the final product dimensions.

No, the prices on the internet are for reference only. Customized products are priced based on material, specifications, quantity, and packaging. If any of these factors change, the price will also change accordingly. The online prices are merely references and cannot serve as the final transaction price. Therefore, please provide us with specific details so that we can give an accurate quote.
4. Can you send me some samples? Are the samples free?
Okay, we can provide samples for your reference free of charge, but the shipping costs need to be paid by you. We usually use SF Express to send the samples: 12 yuan within Guangzhou, 13 yuan within Guangdong Province, and 22 yuan for cross-provincial deliveries. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know which courier company you prefer.
5. How long does it take for the sample production? And how long is the time for bulk production? What about shipping?
Hello, the lead time for sample production varies depending on the product. Generally, it takes about 2 days. If you need it urgently, you can provide the design sketches in the morning and it can be shipped by evening. The production time for bulk orders is determined by the quantity required. Please feel free to consult us for details. We have partnerships with many courier services. In the Pearl River Delta, options include SF Express, Ping An Da, Yousu, Sueli, Lianhaotong, and Yuntong. For cross-provincial deliveries, Deppon, Tianti Huayu, City Star, Xinlong, Xibang, Shenghui, and ShenSheng are available. For international shipments, DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, and FedEx can be chosen. Of course, customers can arrange the logistics according to the convenience of their location, and we will fully support them.
6. What are the payment methods? Can we issue invoices?
Hello, the payment method is as follows: a 30% deposit is paid first, and the remaining amount is settled after inspection (by taking photos, sending a sample, or visiting the factory in person) and approval, followed by shipment. Both standard invoicing and VAT-inclusive invoicing are acceptable.
