IV. Payment Methods:

Our company accepts direct Alipay or bank transfer. For convenience of first-time cooperation clients, Alipay secure payment is also supported, but confirmation of receipt must be made within 3 days after receiving the goods! Cash on delivery or collection of payment after delivery is not accepted. If you wish to place an order, you need to pay a 30% deposit in advance, which will be transferred directly in one lump sum, and the remaining amount should be paid one day before shipment.

5. Shipping Time: After the payment is confirmed and the order is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately. Generally, shipping occurs within 1–3 days. Since inventory preparation may be required for certain items (and some products might be out of stock and need to be produced), please place your orders as early as possible based on actual circumstances, so there is no delay in arranging shipments when needed, which could affect your business operations. If all items for each order arrive on the same day, we will ship them that day—no need to pressurize us. Regarding logistics, the shipping fees are usually paid at receipt, and the goods need to be collected at the shipping station. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for consultation. Otherwise, upon signing for delivery, the goods will be accepted without any objections. 2. All products from our company undergo strict testing before being shipped. Since these are plastic toys, the quality assurance rate at the factory is over 97–98%. Issues occurring within 2–3% are unpredictable and not within our responsibility.

3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, some damage is inevitable during normal shipping. Each transportation company has agreements; please specify the logistics and shipping company you need from the buyer. Damage to toys due to transportation occurs occasionally, and we do not cover insurance for the carriers. It is recommended to obtain insurance during transportation, with a standard fee of 3%–5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up. 4. We handle the shipping procedures on behalf of customers. All shipping fees are paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs during pickup, the shipping fee can be used as compensation. It is generally advised not to pay in advance.
