1. Ordering Rules:
All prices listed in this store are wholesale prices. Once the required quantity is reached, you can use the wholesale price; if the quantity is not met, no special discount will be given.
II. Notes for Messages:
Please make full use of the “Leave a Message for the Seller” section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so the warehouse can also see the notes, avoiding misdelivery or incorrect shipping etc.旺旺 chat records are not considered as evidence.
III. Shipping Instructions:
Our store's shipping policy is to print the shipping label first, click "ship", and then arrange for warehouse delivery! (We try to ship orders on the same day as possible.) If you see your order marked as shipped but no shipping information is displayed, please don’t worry—it will be sent within two days! The actual shipping time is based on the scan record of the package, not on the "click to ship" action in the system. The shipping details will be based on the updated tracking number and phone number.
IV. After-sales Service:
(1) Within 3 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), promptly provide feedback on product information and receipt details (especially for fragile items that should not be pressed, whether there is any shortage, and the actual situation of receipt). Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.
(2) If any product with quality issues, such as functional failure, is discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.
(3) When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation problems, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified certificate, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.
(4) Returns due to dissatisfaction or unwillingness to use them, but with no actual quality issues, are not accepted.
(5) For returns due to quality issues, please collect at least five returns. The shipping costs for these returns will be covered by our company (we refuse expensive logistics services such as Deppon and Jiaji; please contact after-sales customer service to discuss the return method). If the customer insists on returning the item, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After all, we handle mixed orders, not retail sales—please understand each other!
(6) No after-sales service will be provided to those who give a rating of less than 4 stars without prior consultation!
Dropshipping, personal purchases, and small-order customers, please note! Returns due to quality issues also follow the above rules.
Customers who cannot accept the above processing solution should not place orders, to avoid any unpleasant cooperation between both parties. This is especially true for customers in remote areas, where postage costs are high, and the postage for sending the product back and forth exceeds the value of the item itself.
