Regarding customer service: The working hours for customer service are Monday to Saturday (9:00–12:00 AM and 2:00–6:00 PM). Regarding shipping: Small items are typically shipped via YunDa, ZhongTong, or YuTong; large items can be sent by YouShu, AnNeng, or ShunXinJieDa. For bulk orders, you may choose the freight station of your preference, and we will deliver to that station. After placing an order and making payment, delivery is usually completed within 48 hours. Regarding dimensions: Since the dimensions and weight of our products are measured manually, there may be minor errors of 0.5-1 CM/5 grams-15 grams.

Regarding damage or missing items: Upon receipt, please check the goods immediately in front of the delivery person to ensure there are no issues. If any damage is found, contact customer service for assistance or refuse acceptance. If you sign for the package without contacting us, it is assumed that the packaging is undamaged and there are no missing items. No claim regarding damage to the product or packaging can be made later.

Regarding unconditional returns and exchanges: Some of our products offer a 7-day unconditional return and exchange service. In case of a request for return or exchange, the customer must ensure that the product is in intact packaging, not used, without any damage, and suitable for resale. (If the returned product does not meet the standards, we will assess the specific situation and charge a handling fee.) The shipping costs for both directions of unconditional returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer (for products with free shipping, the sender must also cover the shipping cost). Subjective defects: Our products are high-quality and affordable, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find the craftsmanship slightly rough, have flaws, use inferior materials, or the product differs from their expectations—all of these fall under unconditional returns.
