Some products we offer for mixed orders are available starting from 300 yuan. Since the shapes of handicrafts are irregular, it is recommended to use a wooden frame for mixed orders (the cost of the wooden frame is separate; please contact customer service). For mixed order orders, packaging takes longer, and sometimes there may not be enough staff. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery within one or two days. Under normal circumstances, delivery will be completed within 15 days. We hope you can understand this. For large orders, please contact customer service to confirm the delivery timeline.

All goods in this store are paid upon delivery. For mixed-order orders, our partner shipping company is used by default. Please contact our customer service; they will calculate the weight and packaging weight of your order in the system and then estimate the approximate shipping cost for you. Bai Zhi ceramic products are packaged using inner boxes and outer cases, resulting in an extremely low damage rate. For mixed orders, a wooden frame is recommended (for the cost of the wooden frame, please contact customer service). Any damage during transportation will be borne by our factory; a replacement or discount will be provided upon next order. If no wooden frame is used, both parties shall share the cost of damaged items equally. Please place an order only if you agree to this arrangement. Customers are advised to unpack and inspect the products immediately after receipt, and contact us within 24 hours after delivery to provide photos of any damages. If the damage status is not stated within 24 hours after receipt, any subsequent claims for damages will not result in compensation.
